Conditions of Purchase
All new systems and components purchased from us carry an importers or manufacturers warranty - please keep your as proof of purchase. As the Consumer Guarantees Act states once you have made your purchase you do not have the right to return goods, exchange them or get a refund if you have changed your mind. Your satisfaction is important to us so if you are not happy we will endeavor to help with advice. At our discretion we may exchange the product, or hold the purchase value as a credit for you. If the goods are genuinely faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We do not accept returns without giving prior approval. For any repair or return it is your responsibility to safely return the product to us, with original packing and accessories.
